Southern California IFT has been held on 23rd August 2021. Angel Yeast participated in this big event with our latest solutions for the VEGAN MEAT industry.

During the event, we unveiled a series of our newly launched products for attendees and vegan meat manufacturers:

- AngeoPro, a sustainable source of natural protein, which is allergen-free and non-GMO and contributes to taste enhancement, nutrition-boosting, and off-notes masking.

- Xianness/umami Yeast Extract can perfectly impart umami taste and is natural and clean labeling.

- Flavor Yeast Extract (Chicken/beefy notes) can boost meaty notes and is suitable for vegan foods.
