CleanSpace, a fully integrated design-build firm specializing in high-performance, environmentally controlled facilities, announces the launch of ColdSpace, a new division focused on the design and construction of high-performance cold storage and temperature-controlled facilities.
ColdSpace extends CleanSpace's integrated delivery model to owners and operators across food and beverage, pharmaceutical and life sciences, industrial manufacturing, and other industries requiring specialized temperature-controlled environments.
From refrigerated processing spaces and walk-in coolers to high-cube freezer warehouses and complex cold storage facilities, ColdSpace brings building construction, refrigeration, racking, automation, controls, and software together under a single contract. This integrated delivery model gives owners one accountable partner for coordinating the critical systems that make temperature-controlled facilities operate as intended.
By addressing refrigeration, storage, material flow, and building requirements together from the outset, ColdSpace helps owners resolve challenges earlier, reduce coordination gaps, and maintain greater control over scope, schedule, and cost.
The launch builds on CleanSpace's established capabilities in planning, design, engineering, U.S. manufacturing, construction, qualification, and ongoing facility support. ColdSpace expands that platform into complementary markets, applying the same emphasis on expert guidance, coordinated execution, and accountability to facilities where temperature control and operational reliability are critical.
To support the launch, ColdSpace has hired Michael O'Neill as Director of Sales, National, and Michelle Grojean as Director of Marketing. Their additions will help establish ColdSpace's market presence, build customer relationships, and support new business opportunities as the division gets underway.
